Qld - Hartley, Dunk (who captained Bulls in last Ryobi) as fill in.
NSW - Haddin, Neville, Smith D - and probably 10 others in Grade Cricket
VIC - Wade, Carters, Crosthwaite (has he gone back)
TAS - Paine, Jones, (Triffin - U19 Aus keeper)
WA - Ronchi, Johnson
