North has had his chance, Ferg is an improved cricketer. North can't handle the added pressure when he's required to step up at international level. Give someone else the opportunity.
The only reason I could see them pick North again is because it's close to home and he makes some pretty good curried egg sandwiches for tea break.

43 is a pretty average FC average for a specialist batsman. Many, many better averages going around.

And what was Clarke's FC average when he debuted? I'm not saying Ferg should play, Hughes and Usie are better options.
