I think after reading all the posts (including racist ones??).
It is only a training aid that you would use to rectify a problem if there indeed was one.
How could you claim that it gives an added advantage unless it was shown to have been significantly better (like he Aluminium Bat).

Just try using one! [/b][/u][/size]

I think you would have to be very special to make it work?

Ahh I understand! 8)

I hope that the rules will always assist the different physical specimens in different ways.

But then we now have to put up with a nob as a selector??

Au contraire May-Z, I do respect all competitors but that doesn't mean I have to rate someone who I don't think is world class (like your mate Andy Caddick). Real respect is earnt, like the respect I afforded to one of my favourite batsmen of all time Viv Richards, or one of my favourite allrounders of all time Ian Botham. Last time I checked, these two blokes weren't Australian, despite their Qld experience.

Storm in a cup of Dilmah (not the bowler) if you want my opinion.Even if you dont.

If anything Gilchrist did had been contrary to the rules and or spirit of the game, the only spot something should,or could have been done about it was out on the ground.

Cricket officials cant do anything to penalise him,nor should they.
If you want to go quickly, go alone.

If you want to go far, go together.

funny thing about the whole caddick issue is never rated him particularly highly until you guys started bagging him and i had acloser look at his record and it is pretty immpressive considering he was playing for england. its easy to give respect to genuine stars

I have all natural fingernails, too. Does that mean I'm allowed to use them on the ball as well?

Vasaline over the eyes to stop sweat getting into them, sunscreen, mints......

Not bad for the shine of a ball either.....
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!
