So the coach holds no responsibilty of how his team is performing? Sounds like the worlds best coaching job!!!! He will be employed for life if he survives these repeat performances.

Would have thought the coach is responsible for technique and tactical advice. Not mental application that is a player responsibility. If a player is mentally weak what can the coach do about it other than rant and rave that he is piss weak....

The squad is a shambles even a bloke like ferguson who did better last year how many years develeopment does he need to become a star state league player. Yet players like Cosgrove and Harris were let go.

The only young batsmen in our side who u could see playing shield cricket in five years is Travis Head.

We don't have a single shield batsmen who u would put in the 'state cricket' elite class
