I always laugh when he talks about sportsmanship etc, remembering that he tried to get his batsman to leave the field with him when a decision went against him.

Run-outs may get worse too, with the runner out there for Clarke.

Is there any danger we could bat with a plan to get these runs, rather than the current approach, which seems to be to try and get them by lunch?
