I'll watch it again. But I certainly wasn't watching through rose-coloured glasses.

C'mon, mate.
It was cheeky, no doubt. Nothing more, nothing less.

Having played cricket against a few SAFooty posters I'm not sure some of them would of acted as subdued as AB did after the event.

This is Starcs value to the team, late reverse swing with the old ball.
Id love one of the stats gurus to find his stats of his dismissals of 1-6 or 7 and 7-11. Obviously the average will be better against the tail but the percentage of wickets in each category would be telling compared to other bowlers
Rabada gone Starc on a hatrick, youd fancy it against Morkel

espncrifinfo statsguru is awesome

I can relate, I loved bowling to right to handers so I could cramp them up or bowl continuous leg cutters then whip in the big innie, loved just peppering middle and off on an awkward length to the lefties with the slips and well and truly in the game.
Most lefties have just a natural ability to bowl big innies for some reason.
Nup I'm a medium fast lefty that would angle away from the right hander and straighten off the seam. Hate bowling to left handed bats. Didn't learn properly to bowl the inswinger until I went to England in 2013. LBW rate in Australia has picked up since my Ashes tour.....Lightning McQueen wrote:bennymacca wrote:the other thing that jumps out at you is that everyone thinks starc is most deadly against right handers swinging the ball in, but he has a much better average against left handers

Like I said if I was skip I would have no issue if a few inclose fielders wizz the ball past Lyon when his next running between the wickets, wouldn't be to dissapointed if one accidently wrapped him on the hand

Because there is no bigger f**k wit in world cricket than Warner.
I think we agree on something!

No we're not, we've got a high percentage of wankers per capita when you look at international cricket team over the last few years.
