If Sayers was from NSW, he'd be heralded as the new Glenn McGrath and would have been part of the squad already.


Would be a very handy workhorse on the Indian/Pakistani/Sri Lanka style wickets.

Should have been picked before bloody Coulter-Nile.
Sayers 140 wickets at 24 with majority of those games at Adelaide Oval.

His ODD record is stinking though

ALL pitches especially for a 4 day game should at least have a green tinge to it.
Always a brave decision to hand up 1st use of a pitch to bat on but the score seems to have justified it ATM
