You cashed out on the Redbacks making less than 285?! You do realise that's 160 runs away don't you?

I know, but 5% discount and lock in a win is way too tempting, biggest bet Ive had since footy season so happy not to sweat it even thought the chances are slim.

He'll score 80 and win it for us in the 2nd dig.

To be honest, I don't mind this to some degree.

Vics 167, Queensland 8/249 in reply.
NSW 261, WA 3/61 in reply.

It's about time we seen results in Shield cricket, usually just a runfest.

Can’t hurt the blokes to play a few more on bowler friendly wickets.

Golden Globe for Travis Dean, I couldn't be any happier.

what do we expect when we continually pick players in underage state squads that jump on the front foot and play a moving ball too early. 19s batting group looks ordinary as well beaten by country side. perhaps time for a change in selection policy or those picking sides.

A quick check of the Test batsmen in this round shows Finch, Handscomb, Khawaja, Head and (as I write) Shaun Marsh and Harris all making some runs on difficult wkts. Only Mitchell Marsh has yet to show anything with the willow.
Bit of discussion that Head and Handscomb are fighting for the final batting spot in the first test. Any chance that M Marsh misses out? He is NOT (repeat NOT) a Test bowler of ANY substance so that cannot continue to be his leave pass to get a game over guys who can bat.

It amazes me that you’re all surprised about the Redbacks results.

The most heartless organization in world sport. When the going gets tough and it’s time to dig in it’s all to hard for the Jelly’s so we’ll try and smash our way out of it.

Picking up money off the ground again.

Game 1 i would play them both.

Finch
Usman
S Marsh
Handscome
Head

if either fail or we get pumped then look at Harris opening up and bringing Uzzie down to 3 S Marsh at 4

they wont drop Mitch Marsh, no chance of that happening after him hitting 100 last shield game.

I'd take Stoinis over Mitch.

I’d take inanimate carbon rod over Mitch.
