The whole culture and mindset needs to change at the SACA.

I’d like to know what the KPI’s are for players, coaches and high performance managers.
Surely if you continue to fail to meet standards you get moved on like in any business in the real world.

It’s been 20+ years of absolute tripe down at the SACA.

Move Nielsen AND Dizzie on at years end and start a rebuild with a process in place.
None of this jump at shadows crap they do each year to appease some members.

As mentioned in my previous post - I'm hearing he's been given a 2-year extension!! I hope I'm wrong :?

How Dizzy and Tim Neilson survive is incredible with their records

We just keep putting up with mediocrity, NSW take action after only five games!

NSW does not have mediocrity ingrained in their DNA

how nielsen is still involved is anyones guess, got the flick from the national set up after the ashes flogging of 2010/11, as long as he is around sa will continue to be a basket case ffs...

Unless his KPI was to finish bottom how can he get an extension?

Thats the problem his KPI's were most likely some obscure bullshit that didn't include onfield performance. Probably gets a tick for having 2 south aussies consistently in the test team etc.

They were there before he was appointed.
Head was at least not sure about Carey?

I guess they’ll continue to be the laughing stock of state cricket for years to come still!

What can he do? You can't win the beauty contest if you're dog ugly.

We don't have the crop and honourable losses is the best we can hope for atm.

Need to recruit interstate players who won't play for the test team, Siddle going well in Tassie, need the likes of a Bancroft or a Neser.

Redbacks sent in vs Tassie.

Is there a pitch there? Will we make 100 on it?

All this negativity about the Redbacks, is it justified?
I Think about it like this,
I barrack for Central, I want the league side to win every match but I don't care if the reserves win a game or not,
they there to blood players for the next step up, league footy,
thoughts?

The Tasmania v SA score is on my CA app and so is Victoria v NSW. Queensland v WA is delayed due to rain.
