Differant standard but Warner had a decent county season for memory

I'm tipping that the fast-bowler rotation policy will go out the window when the Ashes are on the line.

Siddle can't move the ball through the air? I my bowlers would be bird starc pattinson(if fit) and Lyon.

I planned on naming say 20 players and aside from the dead certs leaving it up in the air.
But I couldn't find any more worthy names.
I wouldn't play him, but he's in the top 20 nationally Panther.

So you wouldn't play siddle because he doesn't swing the ball, yet he is Australia best bowler despite that. Then you say you would pick pattinson, who doesn't swing the ball either. Then don't pick hilfenhaus, despite him being Australia's best swing bowler. Wtf.

Doesn't explain why you leave out Australia's best bowler.

Siddle will play and rightly so but imho I think he will struggle. He doesn't swing the ball or cut it and is generally reliant on banging the ball into the pitch with a bit of extra bounce. I don't think the pitches will suit him.

Siddle was our 2nd best bowler in the last ashes tour of England. Hilfenhaus was our best.

Where is the line that crosses from experience is good to England having the mental edge over him!

I would rather pick players who have performed consistently over a period of time, then picking players who have potential. Current one day side is a perfect example.
