ABC shake up their commentary team this year, Glenn McG no longer involved.

Im reading that Mr Mcgrath has been axed due to his involvement with a betting company
ABC policy is no commentators can have an association with bookies

Rules are rules
BUT
As i understand matters , it appears Glenns involvement with the bookie is because they support Glenns Pink Charity

Love or hate bookies , but in this instance the funding provided by BET365 is for a very good cause

All the ABC have done is ensure that everyone is talking about bet365 today.

Also I appreciate the symmetry that is bet365 with McGraths563 test wickets

Hope you're right mate as this is the best news re Weathers

My little old cricket club from Darwin has produced a test cricketer. Other clubs up there have produced T20 and ODI Australian representatives (Short - Palmo, Richardson - Tahs) but no Darwin raised cricketer has ever played test cricket. Others have come through there like Webster, Hughes and McSweeny and played cricket in the off season rather than go to England and then played test cricket but no Darwin raised cricketer has a baggy green.

Test cricket has been going for almost 150 years and there are barely 470 Australian test cricketers for one of them to come from our club there in Larrakeyah (Darwin CC) is such a reward for the hardworking people who built the club 50 years ago. I'm sure there are many others on here who've been part of a community cricket club that has produced a Test Cricketer, and kudos and respect to you but for Darwin and the NT this is a first.

Kudos to Jake as he's done the work

if you're wrong and I've shot my load early Booney you're mince meat!!
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!
