Looking out my office window I can tell you it is overcast and humid. Not a great day for a Tasmanian batsman to try and get runs on in October. Expect the Bulls to win this easily with Tassie to be knocked over for 150 odd.

REB

Pretty good effort from the Tigers so far. They were cleaned up in better conditions than this last year at the Gabba. If they can bat out their 50 overs they could gain an invaluable win but it's a tough ask.

Irrespective of who wins or loses this game the form from this match should be thrown in the bin
The worst QLD attack Ive ever seen are bamboozling the TAS batsman on a minefield
I have noticed no HILFENHAUS/WRIGHT/BUTTERWORTH playing[where are they]
QLD have no WATSON/HOPES/BICHEL/KASPER/HAYDEN/SYMONDS as well
At 4/91 QLD B are well placed to beat TAS B
A lot rest on the shoulders of future Australian 20/20 batsman BAILEY
and the REB protergy the immaculate PAINE
I hope BAILEY gets going + lets see his magnificent leg side smashes
A score of 200 will be competitive if the pitch is still playing as is
This was a great toss to win

QLD in a spot of bother @ 6/63 in the 23rd, but it's raining so will probably salvage a draw...

No they won't. They are way behind on Duckworth/Lewis.

I think they only need 15 overs to constitute a game. Tas will win if there is no more play.

Rather academic was how much Tasmania won by under the D/L Method - 88 runs.

The depleted TAS beat the most depleted QLD team for many a long day
REB proterge PAINE 73* was the difference
Turning point of the game AT 4/140
BAILEY LBW to a ball pitched outside off stump 5/140
DIVEN 1st ball plays back absolutely plumb given not out off SIMPSON
DIVEN 41 off 39 including 3 towering 6s off guess who poor SIMPSON
SIMPSON 1/59
Does anyone know why
HILFENHAUS
BUTTERWORTH
WRIGHT
didnt play ? I think WRIGHT is injured ?
