Gotta admit, he's on the money. It's one of those situations where it was implemented to bring a bit more life and urgency into the middle over of One Day matches, but it never did do that.

I always hated the super-sub in domestic cricket and now hate it now. It always heavily favours the team batting first. All players who start should be the players that finish. No in-betweens.

One way to always win with the super sub rule is to have the super sub as an allrounder. But still i think the rule is a waste of time.

Don't like it the way it is (the super sub), should be named after the toss, that's if they keep that one. They should bring in the rule that they had for the ING Cup up to last year. Overs 1-15, 2 players out, 2 catchers in close. Overs 16 - 30, 3 players out, 1 in close catcher. Overs 31 - 50 normal 5 players out.
