Slaughter at the Gabba -Noffke starring

Looks like I'm not the only 'kiss of life' on this site. Joker's mate Ash Noffke has cleaned up the Bushpigs top order. Noffke has 5/30 and the Vics are a Redback like 7/87!

Making the Sri Lankans look good.

REB

Talk about keeping RODROOSTER in suspense!
Maher won the toss and put the Vics into bat.
And we all have to wait longer for the great man to have his first hit of the year when QL bats.

Rod hasn't posted for a little while, just wondering if he's hopped on a plane and headed up to the Gabba to watch his mate Watto in the flesh

In Watson's defence he isn't on his own failing at the GABBA today. He is a handy batsman my only issue with him is that his bowling is crap yet he continues to pursue it even though it inevitably ensures he injures himself. He needs to stick to being a good Pura Cup batsman and give the bowling away. Unfortunately he isn't good enough to play for Australia as purely a batsman and this is why he will keep bowling and keep breaking down.

Only trouble with that is, and alot on here will agree with you (yes me again  ) but the Aussie selectors want him as an allrounder and IMHO that is the only way he could get into the test side as we have alot better batsman around than him
