AUS

Katich - 9 Currently Australias premier batsman.
Watson - 8 Looked good as a opener, bowling has improved since he has slowed down his pace.
Ponting - 4 Not the best series for the skipper.
Hussey - 7 Grafted a couple of scores, dosn't look in form did enough this test to hang on fof rest of Summer.
Clarke - 7 Looked good most times.
North - 4 Hasn't cemented his spot yet, pressure will be on Boxing day especially if Ponting dosn't play.
Haddin - 8 Great series with gloves and bat.
Johnson - 7 Looked poor with ball alot of the time still took most wickets for Australia, didn't contribute with bat.
Hauritz - 6 Bowled well most of time but is he the bowler to spin us victory on day 5.
Siddle - 3 Bowled well without luck the injured.
Bollinger - 8 Excellant last two tests, will lead the attacked for some time.
McKay - 3 Bowled well in Perth with no luck, hope the stick with him for Boxing day.

Not bad Cadet with the ratings, may have only given Johnson 5 or 6, was well below form but on saying that he got wickets at important times, Hussey although got runs I thought got us bogged down alot when we should have been moving on, Clarke threw his wicket away twice in the last test, not what you want from the captain in waiting, the rest i think you are on the money, cant fault Bollingers endeavour and spirit must admit when he got picked for Australia I went  glad to see him have some success. Oh and no doubt if Katich had turned his starts into 100's he would have got 10, personally I dont think he was far off, perhaps 9.7

JOHNSON 8.2
To play all year virtually non stop, whilst the other bowlers got injured and still grab wickets is very good
BOLLINGER looks good now, but how would he go with the preperation MJ has taken on ?

Otherwise cannot fault CADETS ratings

what about the man of the match from the first test in Hilfenhaus. I think whilst Bolly did his job, he is still 4th in the current pecking order behind Johnson, Hilfenhaus and Siddle.

I would rate Bolly's series at a 6.5 and would give Hilf 4 for his great work at the Gabba before the workload caught up with him

Katich is crap because he is has a scruffy beard and is always getting dirty. He is scoring at twice the rate of Hussey and it's boring me to tears. Bollinger can't be taken seriously as a test bowler becuase he wears a rug.

Johnson bowls absolute crap for 80% of the time but has the gift of jagging a couple of quick wickets in an amazing spell. That makes it difficult for the captain to work out when and where to use him. Ponting was hiding Johnson's juicy rubbish from Chris Gayle. Siddle should be very nervous about Douggie Bollinger in my view, he's not exactly running through batting orders. Siddle has heart but Douggie attacks the pegs.
