The gay topic I put up deserves more acknowledgement than this. Indians at the moment are against the Aussies, and a newspaper article would be trying to get the attention on the Aussies.
Slow start yes. We had lost the last two games against them, batting against their best bowler in price and on a deck we hadn't played on yet this tour. Nothing in it. End of thread for mine

What a joke how desperate are the Indian media. And I thought Fleet Street was bad.

Agreed.
I'd like to see CA stand up to these 'journalists' and 1. slap a defamation lawsuit against them and 2. refuse to give them media accreditation when India tour Australia next summer.
Also, our media should simply be ignoring these dodgy Indian 'journalists'. Ignoring them is probably the best way of dealing with them.

there players did that long time ago.. they all should take a leaf out of sachin's book 20 years in the game and you never see him back chat anybody and he will control his players when they mouth off..
as Gibbs from South Africa said 'bunch of animals'

We were 0/5 off 2 overs (of a 50 over match) and that is a problem for some reason.
Hopefully the Aussies use this to spur them on even more.

We know Sachin Tendulkar is good, but this took 22 players following a carefully-managed script and carrying it out to perfection.
That is just ordinary reporting.
If that was in the Sunday Mail, someone would be sued.

Lets not forget about the Sri Lankans

(Im also waiting for Gayle's name to come up...he had a strike rate of only 75ish the other night....must be fixing

)
SRI Lanka's cricket authorities have angrily denied allegations of match-fixing against two of their players in their World Cup defeat to Pakistan.
The state television channel speculated over whether Mahela Jayawardene and Thilan Samaraweera may have "changed the game" by getting out cheaply

How about the Irish letting Trott bat at better than a run a ball?????
Surely not something he can do on his own...

Should the Indians be investigated for allowing a rabble like England to tie with them?

Correct how can a bunch of rabble that barely beat the dutch and lose to the irish be able to tie with the almighty indians. The indians were set for 360 but threw their wickets away, thought some of their dismissals looked dodgy

Not a word about Kamran Akmal's 'efforts'. It would be all over the Indian media if he was white.

I've seen slips catches go between the keeper and first slip before, but the second one was very suss in my mind.
The Pakis have no credibility with him behind the wicket doing that.

Think their entire performance especially with the ball should be investigated, yes some great batting but i have seen kids playing U11 cricket try harder and bowl better than the rabble i saw the other night

I thought the Indian batting against the Dutch last night was interesting.Singh and
Dhoni needing 50 to win and just prodding the ball around.
It's sad when every movement is being measured for possible corruptness.
