Spot on Shoes. What teeball and Oddys have failed to consistently create is what Test Cricket creates naturally. The second innings dymamic remains the best way of engineering a good finish. If that takes five days so what? Do you actually like Cricket or not?

If you don't, fine..go and see less of it but keep subsidising the genuine article. Then it doesn't matter a squat if no one goes to see NZ v Sri Lanka in Napier.
