Can always rely on you, thankfully this time its what we all wanted. He's missed that by a good 3 inches, not up to it pi55 him off.
Can you do the same for Wade too
Ha ha ha Hmmmm i could. I may have to use my powers for tonight's Powerball. Wade's a spud. He won't make it past 10.

Investigated my own question. Ricky Ponting with 41. Can anyone see Smitho breaking that record?

Doing some maths-
Ponting 41 hundreds in 287 innings= 7 innings per hundred
Smith 17 in 90 innings= 5.29 innings per hundred
On those figures it looks as though Smith is well on his way to surpassing Ponting. Ponting retired at 38 years old with 168 test matches. Smith 27 years old and has played 49 tests so still with alot of cricket in front of him he can rack up some huge numbers.
David Warner is 17 in 109 innings= 6.41 innings per hundred.
Steve Waugh 32 in 260= 8.12
Matthew Hayden 30 in 184= 6.13
Sir Don Bradman 29 in 80= 2.75
Michael Clarke 28 in 198= 7.07
Allen Border 27 in 265= 9.81
Greg Chappell 24 in 151= 6.29
Another stat I've looked at is combining their fifties and hundreds.
Ponting 103 scores of 50+ in 287 innings= 2.78 innings per score of 50+
Smith 36 in 90= 2.5 innings per score of 50+
Not bad for a guy who started out as a half rate legspinner predicted to be the next Shane Warne. That's the thing that amazes me most about Smith, improved out of sight to become our captain and a run machine.
