All over, What a match. Draw

To think that this has been decided by light on a sunny day. The ICC must mandate all matches to start earlier in these venues where they are scheduling the close of play so close to sunset,

I've been told the reason they dont start earlier is because of wet outfields from overnight dew

Not sure if that's the real reason but what i was told from a prominent person that knows more than me

Doesn't surprise me that they don't like dew in Pakistan.

Watched the start of the South Africa 20/20 comp last night.

Joffra Archer playing, bowled express pace with some real heat, looks fighting fit and bowling in the mid to high 150's, hopefully he stays fit for the upcoming Ashes

If he's fit we have some quality depth in our bowling with Him, Jimmy, Wood, Broad and Robinson. People forget Jimmy only bowled 4 overs in the 2019 ashes which had a huge impact. Issue will be whether we can score runs against the quality Aussie attack.

Chanderpauls first test hundred and the first West Indies opener apart from Brathwaite to score a test hundred since Chris Gayle in March 2013. Brathwaite has scored 12 hundreds in that time.

We saw a first-hand look at Chanderpauls' potential talent this summer. The Windies look to have found a genuine test batter. Thats 2 now we have

Brathwaite and Chanderpaul have posted a record 1st wicket partnership for the Windies with 336 surpassing Greenidge & Haynes's 298 v India in 1983 :o
This is the 6th highest partnership for the Windies for all wickets . Hunt & Sobers hold the record with 446 back in 1958 !
Brathwaite was dismissed for 182
Windies currently 3/387 with Chanderpaul 169* n.o.
