Means 2 things......they are paid 'outside' the State salary cap by the National organization and secondly the selectors think these guys will be in contention to be selected for national duties for the next 12 months.Lightning McQueen wrote:What does a CA contract mean?

You mean like Renshaw
IMO there was no hoping Chad would fail by CA, his performed to the best of his abilities but it showed where he's at in the test performance continuum.
