I reckon Cummins mode of dismissal was the best thing for us moving into the 4th innings. For the first 2 or 3 days most of the dodgy variations of bounce were a bigger issue for the lefties hence Indian bats missed the most of that. Wont be as easy the next time around.

Can we bat for 2 sessions?
That's the key. Bat for 2 more sessions and that pitch is going to turn into a Virat Kohli (A ******* big headed ****)

If Virat was an Aussie we'd be voting him in for PM, we're a fickle lot

I think he has benefited from some good tight bowling from Inshant and Bumrah

I don't mind Virat. He was 1st in when Lyon got hit.
He loves the chatter.
Loves putting himself up as a villain and feeds off that.

Nek Minnit, bounce is even, bowling is wayward and the last pair look solid. Partnership of 20. KOD?

Very handy runs by these 2.

Still 46 overs minimum to be bowled today (take off 3 overs for change of innings).

A full ball on the stumps. Who would have thought that would get a wicket.

So India will have to score more than they did in the first innings which included a Kholi special knock.

287 is definitely defendable. Must get our lengths right early, and get Pujara and v-rat in (and out) tonight.

I'm not convinced the heavy roller is the reason the pitch settles. We'll soon find out.
