All he had to offer when i watched about 10 overs of the NSW innings was the batsman should be running down the wicket to Valente and Sayers. It was a number 8 who just came in and there was plenty of balls left. He clearly doesnt rate Sayers

I thought he was ok at first, wasn't afraid to speak his mind but quickly grew weary of him as he just continued to repeat himself - first with as you mentioned, the NSW blokes should just run at the bowlers and whack them down the ground, then during the SA batting innings constantly repeating himself about the NSW bowling plans and how poor they were.

Semi decent total but feels about 40-50 under.

Hopefully Sayers swings the new ball around.

WA cruising at 3/139, need 99 from 153. Need some quick wickets, handy that Richardson got Inglis for 50.

Sayers cant play in the ODD stuff.. love him, but he's not a capable white ball cricketer - he isn't going to blast quick runs at the end of an innings, and once the ball stops hooping early he isn't capable of creating the pressure he can at SS level with the batsmen coming at him.

Winter may be no better, but the left arm is already a point of difference that offers variety to our attack.
