Ridiculous scenes in the IPL last night when a chest high no ball was not called in the last over.

Delhi Capitals needed 36 off the last over to win, first 3 balls of the over hit for six.

Fourth ball chest high full toss but not called as a no ball ( was line ball)

Batsman spits the dummy, then the Capitals bench lost it, wanting a relay to show its a no ball, umpires refused.

Capitals Management then called the batsman from the field of play in protest but changed his mind and then stormed out onto the ground to confront the umpires.

meanwhile Jos Buttler who was in the opposition and fielding decided to go to the Capitals bench to have a word, not sure what he said but did appear to calm them down.

Management left the field, game resumed, Capitals lost and no the umpires did not change their decision.

Interesting finish to a cracking game with over 420 runs scored, Buttler scoring his third 100 in 5 innings

Another classic Finch knock

Plumb LBW 2nd ball, given not out and not reviewed

Dropped 2 balls later

Next ball castle rearranged.

Has had a stellar career and led well but think his time is well and truly past him

Oh well all over for a few more months, best team won, most the Aussies did well, couple of flops, no guessing who.

Now we are off to the T20 blast in England, Plenty of Aussies involved, see Tim David smashed 60 off of 25 balls in his first game, yet not even looked at in the Aussie squad yet

Must be pretty easy though as see Chris Lynn got 80 odd as well

How does Green go for $3m and Head goes unsold?

Hope Green can handle the massive expectations coming his way now.

Good luck to Green, but it's silly money for a guy who is unproven at that format. That's the IPL though. If you are lucky enough to have a couple of franchises bidding for you, your price can escalate quickly.

When the Heat v Strikers telecast finished last night I had it on for another couple of mins abd Fox Cricket went straight to the IPL auction and he was the selection they were up to, he got absolutely no interest. If he does get to play at international level the IPL franchise owners will see him bowling heat and knocking a few batsmen over then no doubt he'll gain some interest from them.

Fait to say the aussies are not doing very well at the IPL in the 1st week.

Whereas Warner got a half century in his 1st dig he struggled to get to 20 odd last night after being bowled 2nd ball but the bails didnt all. Was dropepd behind a few balls later.

Mitch Marsh has had 2 digs and lasted a total of 5 balls, having his stumps rearranged in both innings

Stonis has had 2 knocks but not got past 20, Maxy has only faced 3 balls but hit two out the park to be 12*

Green also had a terrible debut...got out for about 5 and went for 15 of his one and only over.

Titans scored 4/204

KKR cruising at 4/154, enter Rashid Khan, promptly takes a hat trick

KKR require 30 to win off the last 5 balls, Rinku Singh just hits the last 5 balls of the match for 6, KKR win by 3 wickets
