Bangers had a decent crack at it

I rate this World Cup more than any other as the gap between the top and bottom sides is not as great as previous years.

10 countries is ideal, could probably stretch it out to 12 if Ireland can be competitive and if Zimbabwe ever make it back into a decent cricket playing nation, having the likes of UAE, Scotland and Bermuda are good for exposure but drag the competition out and makes jokes out of records etc.

Scotland only just missed the World Cup.
If not for a washout and losing a wicket they would be there at expense of the Windies.
Under the D/L Scotland were 5 runs short.

Rohit Sharma's 104 from 92 tonight is his 4th century in an individual World Cup. He is now equal with Kumar Sangakkara who made 4 aswell in 2015.

was dropped early in his innings, pretty simple catch, didnt think he batted all that well in patches last night but still churned out 100

I saw the drop catch shortly after I started watching, it was a very straightforward catch, Tamin just made a complete meal of it after getting into position early to take it. It obviously proved to be very costly.

I saw something earlier and camt find it now but it was something like if NZ lose by 100 runs and Pakistan chased 200 in one ball they still wouldn't get in

Nassar made a good point about the NRR. If NZ and Pakistan are tied on points then Pakistan should progress as they beat NZ. Both teams had rain abandoned games, NZ v India and Pakistan v Sri Lanka. If results in those games went as expected then the NRR would be a lot closer.
