Piss poor performance (bar Sayers what a gun), I maintain bowling first was a poor decision even though it was only solway that stopped them for being rolled for 150.

Goodbye Weatherald, Robins doesn't offer much imo gun barrel straight, hopefully someone scores some runs in the futures league

Credit where its due to Chad Sayers, Travis Head and Tom Cooper in this match
If 1 more player had an impact SA might have won or got close to winning

Travis Head first innings of 109 should be enough to get him into the Test team again

Will Bosisto might be blocking his way to a Shield berth.

90* off 281 balls currently in the 2nd XI game.

We need someone who can bat time. Have enough cowboys. Scoring rate is rarely our issue.

Haven't the rules changed to encourage quicker scoring rates?

2nd XI going alright. Have the Vics 8 down in the second dig, only 47 runs ahead. Pope 5 wickets. Hopefully can bowl himself into contention

His 6th wicket was Tom O'Connell - he would have loved that!

O'Connell has had a horror 18 months since getting a contract with the Vics, cant make a run to save himself and hardly taken any wickets. Maybe Tim Nielsen got one right finally!!
