Not a crack at women’s cricket…. But a genuine cricket question.

How can a bowler have such a long run up and then roll the arm over at 100kph?

Save your legs and bowl off 10 steps surely?

I know, but surely the players would be coached to be as efficient as possible? If you’re longer run up is not adding any more momentum and speed, surely you cut the run up down?

How many times are captains going to win the toss and insert the opposition into bat ?
This time in women's cricket
I just dont dig it
You win the toss you bat, and in general get the best conditions to play with over the duration
Surely you bat first in the expected 40 + degree heat

SA 76
AU 5/251

PS
Great decision to put SA into bat and see the Kappitulation !
