Shut up Saker you flogger, just trying to be remembered for something.

He is at least taking responsibility for it in some way.
And blaming Boof at the same time.

Lost me at "it", I have little interest in digging up the past.

Where in the article does it say he blamed Boof?

Here mate.

“Cameron’s a very nice guy. He’s just doing it to get something off his chest … He’s not going to be the last. You could point your finger at me, you could point your finger at Boof [then head coach, Darren Lehmann], could you point it at other people, of course you could.

He is dead set having a crack at Boof here.

Maybe having a crack at him but I'd hardly call that 'blaming' Boof.

He is a flog but for mine the underlying message once again is that there was more to the story then we know. If it was just the 3 involved why could we blame other people....to me that is pretty close to an admission of guilt.

We now have 3 involved parties saying there was more to the story....Bancroft, Warner, Saker. Yes that's an absolute flogathon but it doesn't mean there not telling the truth either.

Of course there was, at the nd of the day there was the one who did it, the one who deployed it and the one who should was responsible for the whole team, they all got punished accordingly, close the book and move on.

It spelt the end for Boof too so it cost the 4 most punishable people.

It's more how stupid must Bancroft be that irks me, he's made us look like "Dopey Strayans" How on earth did he think he'd get away with it?

Not just Bancroft on that front.
It was when Boof radio'd down to Handscomb and said they are onto us, go and tell Cameron to hide the evidence. That's when Cam moved the sandpaper from his pocket to his jocks and they got the yellow on camera.
If the message from Boof to Handscomb was go onto the field and send Cameron off for a piss we would have been fine.
Sure, they would have had the shot of him putting his hand in his pocket, shining the ball then putting it back in his pocket, but ultimately they wouldn't have had the shot of the actual evidence.

They are all stupid. For Bancroft to panic once Pete comes and tells him they are onto him is one thing, and somewhat understandable, but for mine I look at Boof as the older, senior head and can't help but think things would have gone a lot better if boof made the correct decision and sent out Pete with the sole intention of getting Cam off the field.

SACA had their 150th anniversary celebration last night. Looks like a fairly lavish affair. Nicely put together video up on SACA Facebook page.

A few past players/coaches having a crack about it. Didn't know it was on

Worth a read

Was a really good read.

I played a lot of junior cricket against Mark and a bit with him at the Jets, being somewhat bias I cant help but feel he was treated to harshly.

In saying that Mark was one of these kids that was identified at a very early age, had all the ability in the world and was given the best opportunities to make the most of the talent. Mark was a hard worker but only at what he wanted to work hard at.......batting. He would bat in the nets for hours on hours on if bowlers would ball to him, would he reciprocate if someone else wanted a massive net session......not so much. I think SACA were just looking to make a statement and make Mark work hard on their terms not just his.

Not at the moment, but whoever opens the batting with Warner and bats at number 5 in the next two Tests will automatically be offered a contract. Nothing wrong with a "wait and see" approach.

Take this to the bank

Kurtis Patterson will bat 5 in the ASHES series this year and will be the next Australian Test Captain.

There’s a reason why he captained NSW in the last few games when Hughes and others were available and he’s on the contract list with a test batting average of 144

Yeah nah....
