Alex Hales, Sam Whiteman, Alex Ross and Tanveer Sanga are the Thunder players who tested positive to COVID-19.
With a depleted team Ben Cutting is opening the batting!

Dan Worrall is finally back in for Wes Agar, Garton keeps his spot lol and shares the new ball with with Frankie.

Dizzy needs to implement some new bowling tactics, half trackers and half volleys not working

Would there be any danger of Garton not consistently bowling short FFS?

Weatherald and Renshaw batting together, I wonder how friendly and how good their communication is given there recent history in Shield cricket.

Can we check the validity of Garton’s 457 VISA??
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Garton dropped :supz:

However they only picked 4 bowlers so 4 overs have to come from Short/Renshaw/ Kelly (if he can bowl, not sure)

Thunder to make 300

Like I’ve said previously……..if we are relying on Agar, we are in more trouble than Prince Andrew

I saw this and had a small dabble on Sydney checking scores every now and then... looks like easy money

It's T20 cricket. No one gives a shit if you chuck or not. They even let Chris Green bowl.

Playing the Strikers has come at the perfect time for them as despite having 4 first choice players out due to COVID the Strikers are still making them look half decent.

The Strikers are 5/80 needing 93 from 56, LOL.

Did we really expect him to have instant success with Redbacks and Strikers. He just doesn't have the quality to work with.

Hard to defend him but if we are talking shield as well I will say at least we have Hunt, Carver, Kelly who look decent prospects

Need to look at our recruiting process also. We’ve had decent cricketers in the past and Rasheed is the only one who returns. We are obviously putting all our eggs in one basket. Why can’t we attract big name players?? Why do we chase spuds?? SACA needs a massive boot in the backside.
