It's taken awhile and they've copped some criticism but Babar and Rizwan finally fired tonight, perfect timing by them.

Incredible partnership, batting at its absolute best!
Emphatic win.
No energy in the field from India, they were as flat as a tack.

Absolutely brilliant batting.

Hopefully Melbourne does not get all our rain and ruin Sunday night  They have a reserve day on Monday, but that forecast is even worse!

Be great to see both opening batting partnerships of England and Pakistan do what they did in the Semis!

What an incredible experience that was, bought nose bleed cheapo tix but then walked into the premium ones  every boundary the Indians hit was a party in the crowd, kinda glad the Poms dominated their innings as I reckon I would have ended up with a headache.

While the 2nd innings made the match itself a fizzer it was an awesome batting display worth watching, even the Indian fans appreciated the last few overs, clapping generously when some balls sailed into the crowd

Agree. Great experience and unlike any other cricket match I've been to. Took along my two youngest daughters (4 & 8) and they loved the energy the Indian crowd brought and the whole experience that was T20 cricket. There were a few balls around the 6 or 7 over mark where the mid-on fielder for India was revving up the crowd and the noise they made was incredible. They got two dot balls in a row and the crowd was willing on a wicket, but Buttler hit the 3rd ball for 4 and that was all she wrote. After the 10 over drinks break there were almost as many Indians streaming out the ground as you see Port Power supporters at 3/4 time of an AFL match.

Lucky for Adelaide, India were involved. Had we seen any other sides, the crowd wouldn't have reached 15k and we'd be delivering future World Cup Semi-Finals straight to Perth.

England, dividing India and Pakistan since 1608...
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

The final is on, Buttler won the toss and chose to bowl.
Both teams unchanged.

Pakistan limp to 8/137.
Great spells from Curran (3/12), Rashid (2/22) and Jordan at the death (2/27).

PA 8/137
Should be a simple chase for EG
However, there is enough in the deck to help the PA bowlers
A BIG concern is should Hales or Butler not contribute the middle order looks fragile
Salt ?
Brook has done very little
Stokes could use up too many balls and needs time to get in?
Then its the allrounders
