The real Lance Morris couldn’t bowl his own mum out.
Does he still play TDK?

Hahahaha every time I see WA's Morris I think of our own Lance Morris, no he doesn't play anymore but he always comes out to watch North Haven on a Saturday whether that be cricket or footy and sinks many beers.

This is WA's Lance Morris third season of state cricket now, he played 13 matches.

NSW made 180
Patterson 72
Morris 5/36

WA 2/18
Dwarshuis 2/8

First game for the Redbacks on Thursday

What we thinking will be the line up?

1. Henry Hunt
2. Jake Weatherald
3. Jake Carder
4. Travis Head
5. Alex Carey
6. Nathan McSweeney
7. Nathan McAndrew
8. Ben Manenti
9. Wes Agar
10. David Grant
11. Harry Conway

Redbacks squad of 12 for Round 1: Travis Head (c), Wes Agar, Jordan Buckingham, Jake Carder, Alex Carey (wk), Harry Conway, David Grant, Henry Hunt, Jake Lehmann, Ben Manenti, Nathan McSweeney, Jake Weatherald

McAndrew still out with quad issue, so I suspect that's why Lindsay Buckingham is in the squad. I see no Spencer Johnson or Daniel Drew again?

McAndrew must be injured still, missed the one dayer v Tassie. Lehmann in for McAndrew with Buckingham mixing cordials is how I think they will go.

My word that's a bad name.

I mean, his parents couldn't help their surname. But geez, 'Teague'?

A very Scottish name.

He gets his hundred and WA push on to lead by 68. They were 6/100 and 7/161. This pair have taken them to 7/248. Great lower order effort,

Patterson's 72 is a red-inker, according to Cricinfo.

Disappointing to not see Drew in the line up after his 2 first class matches at the end of last season. Not sure how they can justify picking Lehmann, Carder or McSweeney in front of him.

Wyllie is the youngest player to score a Sheffield Shield hundred since Ricky Ponting in season 92/93.
