100% agree.

Plenty of time to play T20 when you’re well established as a cricketer. This lad could be a 100 test player.

Comical lol.
177 for the Strikers, can Siddle redeem himself tonight?

Not against people he bowls to in the nets on a regular basis.

May as well get on him though now I’ve said that.

Lost 4 in a row now.

Very economical while the other bowlers were expensive, McDermott played Rashid very well. Looks like Siddle injured his left hip/lower back area?

We’ll get Head and Carey back, finish 5th, win a couple of semi’s and get knocked out in the prelim.

I have no idea what them two get but surely they can play for bugger all to play for our state and we can focus on getting a couple of marque players that will play the whole season. I love Rashid but it’s annoying that he can’t ever see the whole season out and of course Lynn is all class at this level but I’m sure the pair of them chew into a fair portion of the salary cap. Siddle and whatever Pom we can pick up would get a decent pay cheque but everyone else would be playing for lodging and meal allowance, we have no other consistent “match winner” types.

Matt Short has been a solid foot soldier for the last couple of seasons

I think Lynn would have been pretty cheap considering no one else wanted him.

If Weatherald is getting more than $15 I'd be annoyed, what a disapointment.

Lynn not being available for the whole season would’ve soured some suitors, although hearing he’s not a real popular bloke probably comes into it.

Are the Stars advantaged or disadvantaged by playing on a suburb where all the other ovals are quite small?
