All affiliate nations are given T20I status, so for example this game was the first time hit the ball twice was a dismissal in an international match: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dt5NskCpj4o

I watched the start of the Afghan innings, immediately had NZ bowlers under pressure. Finn Allen had a stinker, dropped a pretty regulation catch at deep backward square early off Zadran (may have lost it in the lights) and made a first ball duck, got a ripper yorker from Farooqi.
