BAILEY/GLLESPIE/DIETZ out.
RYAN HARRIS/CULLEN/DANIEL HARRIS in

I think Daniel Harris will be 12th man.

Mals batting order

ELLIOTT
COSGROVE
BLEWETT
LEHMANN
FERGUSON
BORGAS
MANOU
R HARRIS
CLEARY
CULLEN
TAIT

That is a very strong batting order.
LEHMANN probably bat 6.
Good to see the 2 exciting allrounders HARRIS/CLEARY back in the team.
Shane DIETZ is a bit stiff to miss out on hs excellent p/cup batting form this year.
ELLIOTT a last start century in these fixtures is a vital cog today/tonight.
CULLEN jet lag ?

NSW have included BIRD[not punk] CHRISTIAN/HAURITZ/HENREBIQUES +SIMMONS
to thier squad.

Daniel CHRISTIAN Ive only seen this guy play twice, and is a very impressive player.
Hits the ball very sweetly and a definite player of the future.
Suggest we all watch him closely, I expect a bright future.
REB whats the mail on CHRISTIAN?.
Good to see HEN R E B IQUES in the team again.

Forget our disMAL Pura Cup form, our o/d form is very good and I expect a win.
Just gotta hold out Cyclone Clark[and STAMPY ourselves] early to win this.

It's not for that one. It's only a short time job. Quick cash.

Redbacks once again have an excellent looking side - on paper.

The quality of their performance remains to be seen. I don't think Deitz would be suited to the short version of the game. For now leave Manou in this team (when on song his batting can be explosive) but drop him from the Pura Cup side.

Why is Boof batting so low? Sorry boys, not really up to speed on Christian, just hope he doesn't get thrown to the Lions boom boom. If the Blues don't win this then the one dayers are over for us.

REB

New South Wales 81/2 (20.2 ov)

Not quite a canter yet REB, requiring 5.76/over to win

just got back from the Oval...Redbacks did OK but still arent playing well, 200 with 10 over to go and only got to 251, should have been 265 min from there.

Jaques was fielding right in front of us and reckon he pulled a grion or similar while fielding, didnt look comfortable at all

the REDBACKS well where do we start.

Once again the top order struggled and ELLIOT surely must be on tenderhooks after another poor showing in the middle.

A bloke in the BRADMAN STAND was bagging boof when the runs dried up, he forgot that when that happened the bloke down the other end was MANOU. I dont think BOOF wanted him to face otherwise there wouldnt have been any runs at all. He also bagged BOOF for the shot he played when he got out. Sure it wasnt out of the text book but in these hit and giggle games those type of shots can usually lead to runs and i think he was buggered with all that running between wickets.

A fine bowling performance by MACGILL and also BIRD!!!!!!!!!

MANOU - well his batting was again very disappointing. Got run out on the last ball of the day, went for two he got down for the first and the throw was coming back and didnt even bother to run. well i believe he should have started to run to put a bit of pressure both on the fielder and the keeper. very poor example!!!!!!!!!!!!!
