Todays result identical to the Adelaide Test three years ago

That is, except Australia lost.

(Australia vs India, 2nd Test, Adelaide Oval 2003-04)

-Both sides made 500+ in their first innings
-Both losing sides had someone who made 200+
-Ricky Ponting was the top Australian scorer in both 1st innings

I was thinking to myself it was probably best I didn't go today, as I went to the 4th day of that India Test - the day Australia fell in a heap, though not quite to the extent England did in just one day.

Even though the Aussies lost, that was one of the finest test matches in one of the best series that Indian test.
