Just brought up his 100 (with a 6) off only 56 balls (11 fours, 5 sixes)

WA 1/143 from 18 overs v NSW 209

100[56] would be a record ?

Shahid Afridi has the fastest ODI 100 (37 balls), but I think this is an Australian domestic one-day record. As far as I know, the previous quickest was Adam Voges (62 balls)

David Hookes scored a quicker one for SA against Vic in a Sheffield Shield match at Adelaide Oval, for memory it was off 34 balls.

So, making a rapid ton is no guarantee of success?

He only average about 20 before tonight
highest score of about 70 odd
good call Punk
BUT ive seen a couple of his cameos and he can hit a ball very well
Longshot call on my behalf
Ive been raving on about him for a while...good to see him play that innings.
He is a keeper as well, another string to his bow.
He can play

It's a ODD record, not a record in domestic games, that goes to Hookes who was on 100 and the other batsman was about 10.
