Not all of the time but most of the time the ratings are accurate.
A better rating system would be
ALL OF THE TIME
MOST OF THE TIME
HALF THE TIME
SOME OF THE TIME
NEVER
And then your survey would show about 95% one of the above

Only when you look at it over a period of time (eg amount of time over 800pts ect) not as a individual snapshot of the game at a specific time.

I have seen it with Kenyan and Bangers players in the top 10 !!!
Also have seen players that havent played for 9 to 12 months in there !!!
