44 I think the answer must be Crystal Palace. But Y is a vowel otherwise we could not have Rhythm or cry or myth etc :wink:

w and y are vowels in certain languages of which english is not one of them.
they are known as approximants which are speech sounds (phonemes) that could be regarded as intermediate between vowels and typical consonants.
