"But I believe in this and it's been tested by research. He, who **** nuns, will later join the church."

Death or Glory by The Clash taken the album of the 80's (according to Rolling Stone Magazine even though it came out in 1979  ) London Calling.

Have another go. It's too late for me to think of any others.

Since no one else will, heres another one.

Give me a reason
Send me a postcard
Tell me a story
Why are you so far
I'm cramming for nothing
I'm pushing on buttons
Tell me why, tell me why
You're fooling no one

A Triple J song from last year. Was in the mid 40s in the hottest 100.
I'm gonna break my rusty cage and run

Well there is a change of genre for you.
I think it is "I Think I Love you" by David Cassidy/Partridge Family.

I'll assume I am right so I will put one up before I go to work----

Day after day, love turns grey
Like the skin of a dying man.
Night after night, we pretend its all right
But I have grown older and
You have grown colder and
Nothing is very much fun any more.
And I can feel one of my turns coming on.
I feel cold as a razor blade,
Tight as a tourniquet,
Dry as a funeral drum.

Ok, here's another:

So, I broke into the palace
With a sponge and a rusty spanner
She said : "Eh, I know you, and you cannot sing"
I said : "That's nothing - you should hear me play piano"

I could be wrong but I think that line was inspired by Michael Fagan, who was a "gentle*" (* Read loon) little soul who broke into the Palace and sat on the Queens bed and spoke to her for while. Sometime later (to cash in on his fame) he recorded a version of (the Pistols) "God Save The Queen" and indeed he couldn't sing! I actually remember seeing the single in Umbrella Music when it was still upstairs in Frome St and Doug played it for me.

The song is "The Queen is Dead" by The Smiths by the way.

Here's an oldie.....
