Lyrics were from Keep Yourself Alive - Queen

Track 1 Side 1 from their first album. A great song which defined the Queen sound from the very start.

Thought there might have been a few Queen fans out there. Although this one doesn't usually appear on greatest hit type CDs, it is an overlooked gem.

To get the ball rolling again, here's one just ripe for the taking:

We'll be fighting in the streets
With our children at our feet
And the morals that they worship will be gone
And the men who spurred us on
Sit in judgement of all wrong
They decide and the shotgun sings the song

"Won't Get Fooled Again" by The Who (off Who's Next?)

Here's an oldie (from the 60's - mods who turned psychedelic)

Over bridge of sighs
To rest my eyes in shades of green
Under dreamin' spires
"They got Burton suits, ha, you think it's funny, turning rebellion into money"

How about a topical tune----

"And so now every April, I sit on my porch
And I watch the parade pass before me.
And I see my old comrades, how proudly they march,
Reviving old dreams of past glory,
And the old men march slowly, all bones stiff and sore,
They're tired old heroes from a forgotten war
And the young people ask "What are they marching for?"
And I ask meself the same question"

Locked in a cell,
Feeling un-well,
I talked to a man,
He said, It's better to tell,
You're my only friend, and you don't even like me.
