6 - Test Team bowled out inside a session at Lord's for the first time?

5 - All of the five were the same number player in debut order for their country?

No, not the answer I'm looking for no 6. "Bowled out" is another clue though, so you're not far off, like Benchwarmer.

5 - That's the answer! Each player was the 50th player to debut for their country.

Who were the 50th players to debut for other countries? Were any as crap as that lot?

It's to do with the innings' (plural). (I can't give any more clues!) :)

Countries that have had 50 or more to represent in ODIs:
Australia - Phil Carlson
Bangladesh - Mohammad Sharif
Canada - Arvindah Kandappah
England - Wayne Larkins
India - Kiran More
New Zealand - Ken Rutherford
Pakistan - Sajid Ali
South Africa - Nantie Hayward
Sri Lanka - Graeme Labrooy
West Indies - Carl Hooper
Zimbabwe - Dirk Viljoen

Woudln't be too hard to pick the best player out of that lot. :)

Probably an easy one, but:

11. Who were the batsmen at the crease when Muttiah Muralitharan was first called for throwing in the Boxing Day Test of 1995?
