6) What was unique about the England vs West Indies 2nd Test in 2000? Part of all four innings occured on one day - the 2nd

8 ) Which West Indian player scored a century on Test debut, but never played another Test? Andy Ganteaume

9) How many balls were there per over in the first ever Test match in 1876/77? Four

10) Which player in a one day international in 2001 was awarded MOTM; despite not scoring a run, taking a wicket, or holding a catch? Cameron Cuffy

Four - Once (the series when Waugh and Gillespie ran into each other)
Six - Cancelled because of the dodgy pitch which was dangerous

If you wiped out Simpson, that doesn't leave me many options apart from probably Andy Sandham. But I must admit I thought his triple was a second Test ton of the two he made, not the first. I'm going Sandham.

I reckon you are thinking of Sajjadul Hasan. He only played first class cricket.

And Tertius Bosch is another of the 5, Tassie. :)

Edit: You are right, roger, Manjural Islam Rana was killed in the same accident as Hasan. I didn't check up on that as I thought he only played first class cricket. You have stumped me!

That's what happened, but it's not what is unique about that Test.
