In pic 1 theres only three birds to the immediate right of the gate, there's five birds in pic 2.

In pic 1, the woman in the red dress is holding a long bit of paper, in pic 2 the paper is shorter.

The latch on the door down the bottom of the pic is on opposite sides for each pic.

The lady with the red hair just above the wall is facing the left in pic 1 and in pic 2 she's facing the right

the lady in the green dress at the bottom has her belt lower in pic 2
and the fella standing next to her has no point on his right shoe in pic 2

The lady holding the paper next to the lute playing dude has a dress that is crumpled differently in pic 2 than it is in pic 1.

The lute playing dude has his left leg stretching out in pic 1, it is bent in pic 2.
