Curls in the wrought iron planter (mid left in front of the door) stand have less curl in pic 1.
Planter box near window (mid to top right) is different
Trunk of palm has a group of grapes, green in one picture, purple in the other.
Curl on sea horse tail different (far left centre)
Window top right, in pic 1 shows another window pushed up inside it. In pic 2, the other window disappears.
Green flower is smaller in pic 2 than 1 - bottom centre
There are more planks standing near the door in pic 2 than 1.

There is an extra painted flower next to the palm tree...2 in top row pic1...3 in pic2.
The pianted palm tree has an extra leaf frond in pic1...just above butterfly.
The painted Francis of Assisi type figure has it's right arm (your left) in different position.
The green framed window is bigger/taller in pic1.
Plant in small terracotta pot left of white door is smaller in pic1.
