Since 1993, there have been 14 SANFL players to have played a League match with two clubs in a season. Your task is to name them, the year of transfer, and the clubs they played for in that season.

1995 Justin Brooks Sturt Glenelg
1996 Sam Jones Eagles West
1996 Mark Tylor Port Glenelg
2000 Eugene Warrior Norwood Glenelg
2001 Mark Harwood Glenelg Port
2001 Bradley Smith Norwood Glenelg
2002 Chris Barrett West Port
2003 Matthew Smith Port Sturt
2004 Aidan Parker South Glenelg
2005 Michael Bratton Norwood Sturt
2005 Jacob Surjan Central Port
2005 Luke Toia Eagles North
2007 Luke Jericho West Norwood
2009 Matthew Lobbe Port West

IIRC there was a dispute about the Bays not playing him in his "right" position

I know it doesn't quite fit here but I think Tony Lynn played for four different teams in consecutive weeks in the early 90's and was best on ground in three:
He played for Central, then South Australia, then Carlton, then Queensland (not sure about the order though).
