Q3 - Ill have a guess at Eagles v Port on Anzac Day 1994. Port scored 100 and lost by 12 goals if memory serves, fair chance they lost all 4 qtrs that day but still kicked a score that would have won a game other days.

Port won the second quarter of that match:

Round 6 1994
Eagles 11.5 16.7 23.12 26.16 (172)
Port 2.2 7.8 13.9 16.10 (106)
Football Park, 15126

However, it is higher than 106 points.

Q3) Woodville 128 vs South Adelaide? 1984 I think.

Woodville won the last quarter of that match (11.4 to 10.2); thus representing the highest number of points Woodville had kicked in the competiton, as well as the highest scoring quarter by both teams, and the only occasion both teams have scored 10 goals in a quarter. That won't happen again I would imagine.

It's also higher than 128 points!

Could it have been Woodville's only win in 1982 when they kicked 29 goals to Torrens 23?

No, but you are in the right year. And I don't need the match (it would be near impossible to get), just the points. So, it's higher than 128 and lower than 151.

Q3

Glenelg vs West at Football Park in 1983

23 goals to 29.

I've got no idea if they lost every quarter.

Incorrect. It was in the year before for a clue, and the match did not involve those teams.

Q8 - From memory he kicked a bag or two in the last few rounds to fall short of the 100.

So, with two rounds to play, and ending up on ( IIRC ) 98 goals, I'll say he was needing 18 goals to get to 100 with two weeks to play.

82 is my answer.

*Edit*

And he did a hammy and missed the GF win with Hodges coming into the side to replace him coming back from injury.

Not 82 goals; it's higher than that.
