You've got me. Without cheating i can't answer any of those. The only one i would've got was 7.

The 2011 World Cup is being hosted by India, Pakistan, SriLanka and Bangladesh. The final would be in either India or Pakistan. I'll go with India as a guess. City Mumbai?
