For anyone interested in following your Paralymians I've finally found a list of who's in your team...

http://www.paralympic.org.au/ViewArticl ... 1bf5c71c1d

Hoping we'll get coverage here cos I think the Winter Paralymics can be just as, if not more, exciting than the Olympics...especially the sit-skiing...and ice sledge hockey is just crazy :D

Nothing wrong with curling - I'm amazed someone has mixed lawn bowls and housework together :D

I'm actually looking forward to the Winter Olympics (have purchased the Foxtel package). I like it because it's predominantly sports you only see once every 4 years (though EuroSport are now showing some of the winter event tour competitions).

Hahaha, good one!

There is a female member of the US curling team who is SMOKING hot. When she's screaming "HARD, HARD, HARDER", I must admit it is entertaining to watch ;)

Very sad news that he lost his life...and so young.

Glad to see the event will continue after some extra training sessions and some precautionary adjustments to the walls...

Also interesting to note the list of just 4 Winter Olympic fatalities...if accurate then that's quite impessively low imho.

The official standing right there must really be wondering how on earth it happened right before him.

Nasty stuff, and very sad.

Just watching the 6 Nations and they've announced that the Men's Downhill is postponed due to lack of snow.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/olympic ... 513805.stm

Delayed for 2 days apparently...the women's super-combined skiing had already been postoned as well.

The starting line for the men's luge has been moved to the woman's luge starting line.
The first gold medal in the ski jumping went to Switzerland.
Men's speed skating over 5000 metres went to the Netherlands.

I reckon I've seen (and heard) her on SBS a few years ago. If someone could only hear what you're watching it could be very misconstrued!
