Just reported on SEN during the Bombers Lions broadcast- the entire Russian team (387 Athletes) have been banned from the Rio Olympics.

Massive news if true, albeit no great suprise!

More bad news coming out of Rio regarding a Russian official and a local thief. Sounds like the official overpowered the would be thief, turned the gun on him, and shot him dead.

Following on from issues in the athletes village, compromised training facilities and yet more cases of pilfering... The sooner these games begun the better.

Turned on the opening ceremony this morning. Missed the theatrical bit and now they are all walking out.

The question I'm wondering is, who will be Bruce's Cyril in these Olympics? He's sounding like he's only at quartermast at this stage.
