I would also like to know why the mens team that deliberately crashed didn't get kicked out of the olympics. The badminton players where kicked out because they did something deliberately to have a better shot at gold and so did these guys.

Rules state any crash in the first 100m is a restart..they just played to the rule

there's also no rule in badminton thats says you can't lose a game. if your going to kick 4 teams out for trying to better there position then you have to kick the brits out for crashing to try and better there position

Meares 1-0 up on Pendelton in the sprint ... Pendleton won but was relegated for crossing the red line.

One more to go Anna ...

Looked far too fast for her in both rounds. First one she nearly got past despite Pendleton moving over. Wasn't sure how much impact that had, but no doubt Meares was coming around her around the back at a frightening rate.

Now for the BMX to add to our gold tally despite Phil Liggett not thinking they should be at the olympics.

They whole medal presentation was stuffed up the mens got there medals first and then the girls had to wait a while to get there's. If that was in Aus i probably wouldn't show a pom getting there medal as well.

Some of the English press are saying that Meares 'cheated' in that race by elbowing Pendleton. Of course none of them thought it was cheating when their rider deliberately crashed last week.

The same media that asked Pendleton if she thought Meares was a 'COW'.
