Have you even seen the Channel 9 coverage? Its probably the worst sports coverage Ive ever seen. Some people cant afford Foxtel, believe it or not. Me being one of them. It doesnt mean people like me dont have a right to complain about bad television.

You can't say that if you don't have Foxtel - stop being a tight arse you cry baby!

No as I have fox and have no need to watch free to air. $20 a week will get you foxtel and it will include 24/7 olympics and every gold medal match live. It will also give every game of AFL live as well.

If you had Foxtel then you would have the need to watch the coverage of channel nine. Channel nine don't have the channels to be able to show everything, so they are only going to show events that Australia are in and doing good in. The others will be filled with sports that are being played by the best in the world like usa basketball and bolt's 100mtrs.

Haven't heard him in the Olympics, but Brayshaw would be one of the most fake commentators I've ever heard.

His laugh, its just so fake.

He is a shocker no matter how bad the Aussies are going they are always "coming" or "surging" at their opponents.
Slater doing the Diving is rubbish.
Not normally a fan of Eddie but he had me in
Stitches the other night. Melinda Gainsford was making excuses about why the Mens long distance runners are struggling, Eddie cuts her off and says "Whatever the reasons they Ran poor and are not good enough" then he changed subjects.

Was I hearing things last night when (I think during the Decathlon Pole Vault) the Australian commentator said that Eddie is on the board of Athletics Australia?

That is ironic in the extreme. That fat bastard couldn't run 10 metres without wheezing his way into a sodden sweat. Yet he gets a position of power in the sport?!?
